Siamcast Gemstar is a special application investment powder, which has been developed specifically for stone casting or wax setting. The use of Siamcast Gemstar allows the setting of stones in the wax before casting, thereby ensuring improved productivity.

Provides heat shield for stones up to mould temperature of
630oC.
Setting time adjusted to give sufficient time for mixing and
vacuuming without rushing.
Fluid slurry for easy flow around the wax and stones.
Excellent surface finish for all metals.
High strength investment for consistent quality of casting.

Working Time @ 25c Slurry Temp :	8-9 min.
Gloss Off Time @ 25c Slurry Temp :	12 – 14 min.
